Herb completed his second Ironman, knocking off 20 minutes from his previous time. Big ups, Herb! Steve Johnson, friend of Alchemist, won his division and took 3rd overall in his Alchemist made tri kit. Not too shabby.
Here is Herb at about mile 13. The cup of drink he is holding is for show. He couldn’t hold anything down for most of the run. Ewww.
