Great showing for the Team at the Hundo. We were 4th in the Team fundraising campaign and fielded 12 riders for the Hundo/Hundito.
Jim L. sporting his Bailey Hundito Trophy. This was Jim’s first race ever. I remember the days when he could barely pedal across the Pearl Street mall without sucking wind. He put in loads of miles and training this past year to crush the Hundo course. Congrats, Jimmy!
Rob S. taking home the gold in Mens’ 30-40, and 4th overall (crushing Pros) at the Bailey Hundito. According to Rob before the race, “Racing is stupid. You never win.” Rob, you should have that engraved on your 1st place trophy.
Steven P. knocking out a 2nd in the Fat bike cat and top 10 overall at the Bailey Hundito. Did I mention he did that on a Fat bike?
3rd for me in singlespeed at the Hundito. Awww, who needs an ACL? Carlos V., with Gates Carbon Drive and friend of Alchemist, destroyed the course, winning the cat and taking 2nd overall. Griffin (in white), took second. He and his dad are responsible for building the trails in and around Buff Creek. Big thanks to the Turnipseeds!
